Icy Spicy nailed it! The Vada Pav was authentic and hit the spot, and the Pani Puri was incredibly fresh—the pani had just the right amount of tang and spice. We finished off with the Kulfi, which was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to cool down. Great service and a fantastic vibe right here in Parramatta. Highly recommended!

Visited Icy Spicy in Parramatta twice recently, both times around 10 PM, and absolutely loved the experience. On our first visit, we tried the Falooda for the first time — it was delicious and perfectly refreshing, truly lived up to the “Taste of India.” The second time, we explored more from the menu: Maggi noodles, momos, and pav bhaji, all of which were flavourful, comforting, and felt very authentic. We finished with the guava ice cream sprinkled with chilli powder — such a unique combination and surprisingly amazing! The late-night ambiance was calm and quiet, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food without the crowds. A lovely spot in Parramatta for a casual night out, especially if you’re craving Indian street-style treats. Will definitely be back again!

We stopped here for desserts and were pleasantly surprised with all the natural flavors they had for icecream. They use natural ingredients which makes every taste totally worth the calorie intake. We had the falooda and they serve it with a nitrogen ice effect! They do have specials and rewards programs that make the deal sweeter! We did not try their chaat and other hot items, but they did seem to have options. The girls at the counter could use a little training on service and how to interact with customers but I kind of ignored it since I was concentrating on the food :).

I recently visited Icy Spicy Parramatta, an Indian cuisine spot that also doubles as an ice cream parlour. Overall, it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was excellent—flavourful, fresh, and authentic. The mains were enjoyable, and the ice cream selection was a fun highlight. If you’re looking for tasty Indian dishes with a sweet treat to finish, this place definitely delivers on flavour. However, the service fell short, particularly when it came to ordering a masala chai. It took far too long to arrive, which was disappointing, especially considering how quick the rest of the meal was. A bit more attentiveness and efficiency from the staff would make a big difference. In summary, Icy Spicy Parramatta has great food and lots of potential, but the slow service for simple items like chai held the experience back. I’d return for the food, but I hope the service improves.

Visited late evening to try falooda. Inside seating area had pungent oil / cooking smell. Thankfully, there's is outdoor seating area too. About our order - presentation was beautiful, falooda was good as well. There seems to be some express lunch options and momos on the menu. Worth a try.
