As a Bangalorean, authentic Bengaluru food is something I deeply value. I tried Adithya for the first time yesterday and had mixed feelings. The Benne Masala Dose was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, I was a little disappointed with the Masala Puri, which is usually one of my favourite Bengaluru street foods. It was served cold, and the pooris had lost their crispiness. The Tatte Idli also tasted slightly sour. My impression was that the batter may have been over-fermented or perhaps older than usual, as the sourness seemed to be present across a couple of dishes. Of course, this could have been a one-off on the day. For comparison, I've visited Bangalore Craving Food Truck many times and consistently had a 5-star experience, which is why my expectations were quite high. That said, this feedback is intended for the chef and owners because I genuinely want places serving authentic Bengaluru cuisine to succeed and maintain the flavours we all love. One less-than-perfect visit certainly won't stop me from coming back, and I'm happy to give it another try. Wishing the team all the best.

We have been visiting this place since it open. The quality of all the food is excellent and reminds me of my days in Bangalore. All their doses are excellent. This is a must visit place for all the south Indians and also the other Indian Indians who like to eat south Indian food.

Really enjoied the hot crisp masala dose. Tatte pudibidly was nice and fluffy. I njoied chutney vert much. Sambhar was okay. But overall very nice. I like how they have strated with very limited items on menu. Also, those who are coming here for Benne. They might get disappointed as its not on their menu anymore. None the less whatever dose option you get they are yum for sure. One small suggestion for serving idly. They can place idly may be on butter paper so it does not stick with the plate. Since the soft steaming hot idky tend to stick on the plate.
