Hi Whenever you ask the product you need. The staff act like they are calling some one for checking the stock. Then staff will say sorry we don't have. This couple time this happened to me. The staff doesn't want help the customer

The quality has definitely gone down. The last few months I've had multiple instances where I opened a pack to find rotten veggies. It's not a one off incident and is happening a little too often. The staff is extremely rude and I've been told on multiple instances to go get a coles trolley when I was using their baskets. This place needs to urgently do a self quality check.

Extremely rude services. I would not recommend anyone going there. I had a full trolley of fruits and vegetables which I bought from this place and the lady at the counter asked me to return the trolley saying I can't take the trolley to my car. I have never been asked to return a trolley before reaching my parking. The attendant was adamant that I should transfer everything to a Coles trolley but can't use their trolley. Absolutely unexplainable and unjustifiable attitude. She raised her voice at me and as a result I forgot to put a few of my paid purchases from your store in my trolley because she kept arguing with me. She later rudely threw my purchase at the corner of the table and asked me pick it up. Never have I been spoken like that in any grocery store before!

The quality has definitely gone down since we started purchasing. We've opened pre-packaged capsicums and found half to be rotten. They hide the rotten section facing away so you can't see it 🤬. Lemons are sometimes brownish on the inside and tomatoes are like a lucky dip - rotten, raw or not ripe 🍅. Potatoes are already growing in the bag and they occasionally don't soften properly after cooking. The same goes for carrots including a slimy film 🤢. The store is dirty and expensive. Lots of Indian vegetables that don't seem to sell very well. Service is rude and ignorant. Aldi and Coles have better prices so steer clear.

Horrible (and I’m trying to be nice) 1. Blueberries are under the states 170g 2. There is mould on half the batch 3. The bananas look 2 weeks past their used by date Check between Coles, Aldi and then to ensure you balance quality and price
