If I could eat at Formosa Garden every day I would. Everything is just so so delicious it blows my mind every time & as most of the menu is vegan, we're spoilt for choice. Start with the "squid" rings & "shrimp" pattie, follow with a fried rice, the chilli green beans, eggplant with Malaysian bean sauce, spicy Mapo tofu & slippery fried Udon. On especially cold days go straight for a soul warming noodle soup or a scrumptious sizzling dish or cosy claypot. And if you need something refreshing to wash it all down, the bubble tea is joy in a cup.

Amazing vegan options! We ordered 3 different things and all of them tasted authentic and amazing. The menu is huge so you have so many different options. I highly recommend visiting.

First time at a vegan restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The salted egg fried chicken was really good—crispy and flavourful. But the pork belly wasn’t quite for me, it tasted too fake and had too much of the fatty texture. I loved the original bubble tea though, it was perfectly sweet and creamy. However, what impressed me most was we had all our food within just a couple minutes. Note that the ordering process is self-service—you fill out your order on a provided sheet and bring it up to the counter to place your order.

Wow! What an amazing restaurant which offers full vegan options! We ordered a whole range of entrees and mains and our favourite was definitely the sweet and sour dish! The staff were friendly and dishes came out very quickly! Check this place out if you’re looking for a vegetarian/ vegan friendly restaurant!

Visited Perth for a week and found this gem. Food was delicious even for a non vegetarian, dishes were beautifully plated, and the service was super friendly. Definitely coming back again when I’m back in the city and craving for Asian cuisine. Highly recommend!
