The staff seem capable, but it’s off-putting when some switch to Hindi immediately upon entry, assuming all customers speak it. In Australia, English is the default language—please use it unless you know the person prefers Hindi.

Selling poison samosa , my family was sick for 3 days . This is not acceptable, this business should not be operating. and now I will take this matter further to fair trading and consumer. "Disappointing experience with samosas. Unfortunately, the samosa I purchased wasn't fresh, and after consuming it, I ended up with a stomach ache. It's concerning that they seem to be compromising on customer health by selling low-quality products. Given the cheap taste and poor quality, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Freshness and food safety should be a top priority, especially when it comes to something as beloved as samosas. Until they improve their quality control, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their samosa cravings." I will not recommended this store at all because they are just focusing on services not on product they are selling

I urge everyone not to go to this filthy place ever if you are concerned about your hard earned money. This is 3rd time happened to me where his stock dates aren’t expired as per packaging details however inside the packet always food is fungal infected , stale and sticky. This means these people have poor storage policies where they aren’t paying attention to temperature and direct sunlight affecting the food items. On top of this when you go back to rerun the items that short Indian guy is investigate like a detective if we actually bought that packet from his shop even you present the receipt. Also there is one lady who always eats and talks throw food and spit from her mouth while serving customers at the counter. No hygiene practice. I have decided not to go to this place ever again and sending this review for others to understand that don’t give them benefit of doubt this is happening to everyone better this shop owner learn their lesson by loosing customers then may be they will think about paying attention to quality of products and service …. Big no
