Visited recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The store itself is neat, clean-looking, and aesthetically pleasing, so first impressions were good. Unfortunately, the actual experience didn’t match the appearance. Despite there being very few customers in the store, I waited around 10 minutes just to receive my plate. I understand takeaway orders were being packed, but there was no communication or update during the wait. The pani puri itself was mediocre, and one of the flavoured waters (garlic) tasted off, almost rotten, which was concerning. Hygiene was also questionable. The staff member taking my order was using gloves but was handling her phone with them and then continued to use the same gloves to prepare the potato filling without changing them. Customer service was poor overall. The staff member was very quiet, provided no updates, and didn’t engage at all. For $15 unlimited pani puri from a store that specialises almost exclusively in this item, I expected much better quality, hygiene, and service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

Pani Puri was quite decent, with five to six varieties of water. However, there were a few misleading advertisements. Their menu claims a family meal for 34, but this is defined as a couple and a child under eight, which isn’t clearly stated anywhere. There are takeaway Pani Puri, but when I requested to have them inside the shop, which was empty, they flatly refused. Ambience average.

Very innovative way of serving pani puri. Taste is very good and it’s a clean place. Must go if you a pani puri fan!!

Love it! I am new to this type of food, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and it tastes so good! Even my teenage kids love it. The ice cream is very refreshing also. For a quick snack or a last minute meal, the pani puri with the sauces, the Maxican, or the pizza ones are all very tasty and satisfying. The shop is well fitted out also, very bright and welcoming.

Fun new concept of having Pani-Puri in Sydney. 6 different flavoured water to choose from, like Pudina, Jaljeera, Khatta-Metha, Ginger Lime, Chinese, and Garlic. They also have different kinds of masala like Mexican filling and chocolate filling.
