Had a great dinner at Sankalp Indian Restaurant Belconnen yesterday. Even though the place was super busy, the service and food quality was at par The staff were friendly, attentive. The food quality was excellent—very authentic, just like proper Indian home-style cuisine. Despite the rush, the dishes were served little late maintained consistent quality. Overall, a very satisfying experience with good food, nice ambience, and courteous service. Definitely worth visiting again.

This is one of my favourite Indian eating joint in Canberra. This place retains the original Indian taste, and the fusion cuisine is class apart. Please order the chaat, Thayir vada,Nilgiri dosa, and Kaju curry (highly recommended). The kaju curry is cooked in creamy tomato gravy, and it has the right amount of Indian spices, also has the authentic Indian flavours. The aroma in itself will remind you of India, and the mouth watering food will leave you craving for more.

Tonight We had the pleasure of dining at "Sankalp Indian Restaurant ," a quaint Indian vegetarian restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment We stepped in, the polite and smiling lady greeted us, instantly feeling welcomed. We The restaurant was clean and well laid out. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure that every need was catered to promptly. The menu was extensive, offering a delightful array of dishes. I started with the classic Rava dosa, perfectly crispy and little Idlys paired perfectly with four types of chutneys ( coconut chutney, gin powder chutney, green chutney and red chilli chutney) and sambar. Sambar was a little bit on the spicy side but tasty nonetheless. A must-try dish is their signature "onion, tomato and chilli double toasted Uthapam," It's comfort food at its finest and perfectly encapsulates the essence of South Indian cuisine. We also had the Indian coffee, which was delicious but would have loved it if it were served in traditional glass rather than an ikea glass. Overall, "Sankalp Restaurant" not only delighted our tastebuds but also left us with a genuine appreciation for South Indian vegetarian cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and delicious dining experience!
