The food was amazing! We came here with high expectations for a quick lunch and our wish was granted. The food was really excellent and in my opinion it is worth it even if you are coming from a long way. We ordered Chocolate dosa and Veg Thali and the food was made just right. The restaurant made sure we had everything to make our lunch delightful. Would really recommend the restaurant!

We celebrated my son’s birthday here, and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish felt fresh and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and very accommodating — especially with toddlers in our group. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. Overall, it was a truly happy and memorable family dinner. My whole family loved it, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Want to ruin your breakfast. Order from Sankalp. They provide masala dosa with hair. 🤮🤦🏻 Not one hair but 2 and no idea how many were inside.

This is one of my favourite Indian eating joint in Canberra. This place retains the original Indian taste, and the fusion cuisine is class apart. Please order the chaat, Thayir vada,Nilgiri dosa, and Kaju curry (highly recommended). The kaju curry is cooked in creamy tomato gravy, and it has the right amount of Indian spices, also has the authentic Indian flavours. The aroma in itself will remind you of India, and the mouth watering food will leave you craving for more.

Absolutely blown away by the food at Sankalp Restaurant, Canberra – authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and top-notch presentation. Here’s what we tried: Dahi Papadi Chaat – Crispy papadi, creamy yogurt, tangy chutneys – perfect balance of flavours. Bhel Puri – Light, crunchy, and refreshing, just like Mumbai street style. Veg Kathi Roll – Soft wrap packed with spiced veggies, warm and satisfying. Rasmalai – Soft, delicate, and creamy with a saffron touch. Paneer Chilli – Fresh paneer with just the right spice kick. Veg Frankie – Street food charm, tasty and filling. Awadhi Biryani – Fragrant, rich, and cooked to perfection – the star of the meal. 💯 A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Indian food. Highly recommended! Reasonable price.
