They didn’t even use real lemon for lemon juice especially for the price.
Charged extra $2 for some extra onion was insane - such a ripoff
The glass in which they serve, the juice was very dirty.
The Aircon was not functioning properly.
Bathroom condition is horrible.
Good staff.

Excellent food as usual. Kudos to the chefs.
Sad state if affairs currently... Extremely bad services and thus a horrible experience on 25 January 2026around 2.30 pm (Table 19). Worst service ever. Have been here several times... This was never like this.... Maybe the . management has changed or they have just gotten lazy! And the AC does not work in the summer!!
Stay away from this place if you desire better service. No staff is bothered to bring the food out. Bring back the robot... At least food comes out to the table!!

I go there often for lunch. Love their mini tiffin as it contains variety of sauces and foods all in one plate, so I highly recommend if you aren’t sure what to pick. Dosa is great as well as the rest.
Service is friendly, however not consistent at times in terms of making changes to meals. If no changes required ordering is made easy via QR code. They are also able to accommodate for larger groups without booking as the place is big.

We ordered Chana Masala, Veg Biryani, Chilli Paneer and soft drinks like Lemon Soda & Mint Soda. 🥘🥗🥤
✔️ It was a Friday evening, yet we got a table almost immediately — super convenient!
✔️ There’s a ramp for wheelchair/pram/stroller access (not sure if they provide a wheelchair though).
✔️ Plenty of open space for kids 👶🧒 — definitely a kid-friendly place.
✔️ The ambience is calm, not too noisy, and has an easy-going vibe.
✔️ Staff was humble, polite, and responsive 👍.
🍽️ The food we ordered was tasty, fresh, and good in quality.
🌱 It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant, mainly serving South Indian cuisine, but you’ll also find some good North Indian flavours.
Overall, we had a nice and comfortable time here 😊.
If you’re in Parramatta and love authentic Indian food, this place is definitely worth trying once! 🇮🇳✨

I visited Saravana Bhavan Parramatta on Saturday afternoon for brunch, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. This location has always been one of my favourite places to visit, and they truly lived up to their reputation. The food was amazing as always—fresh, flavourful, and authentically South Indian. The coffee was wonderful too, and we enjoyed every moment of our meal.
What made this visit extra special was the excellent customer service. The manager was extremely polite, attentive, and understanding. We had ordered one dish that turned out to be very spicy for us. When we mentioned it, he immediately understood and kindly cancelled the item without any hesitation. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated and made us feel valued as customers.
The restaurant ambience was clean, vibrant, and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Every time we come to Saravana Bhavan Parramatta, we leave happy, satisfied, and impressed by their consistent quality—whether it’s the food, the service, or the hospitality.
Thank you so much, Saravana Bhavan Parramatta, for another wonderful dining experience. It continues to be our go-to place, and we look forward to visiting again very soon!
