Had a fantastic experience here! I ordered the masala tea, and it was absolutely perfect — rich, aromatic, and full of authentic Indian flavour. The service was top class, warm and attentive throughout. Easily one of the most authentic Indian restaurants in North Sydney — can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

Very appetizing food, kind staff and nice ambience. The jackfruit curry that they make weekly for lunch and paneer noodles are just mind-blowing! Very generous portions too and great quality food.

Visit 1: I tried Jumbo Thali with sweet. It was really good and the Thali was a mix of South and North items. I liked all the curries of the day. Visit 2: Tried Soulfull Mini lunch takeaway and a gulab jamun. Mini lunch had dal and aloo gobi, both were good. I didn't like the Jamun which tasted like ready made one from haldiram/GRB. Visit 3: Tried Roti-Rice Meal, it's by far the option I'll try to avoid. Jumbo Thali is a better deal than this. The Chana and Eggplant curries tasted good.

My wife and I enjoyed a guided tour of India in 2020. We have been waiting for a cafe selling authentic Indian food in our area and we have found it. This is a vegan / vegetarian cafe, so don't come here for animal protein. After some initial problem with my Aussie pronunciation of the food from the overhead menu, the staff did finally understand the food order, for Breakfast. But regardless of that, some of the ingredients had not been replenished on a Thursday morning, so other items were provided. That made the kitchen service somewhat slow. I ordered the Vegan Big Breakfast ($16) which included 2 large slice of sourdough toast with a portion of Lurpak butter, half an avocado (sliced), half of a tomato (sliced); a good portion of fresh spinach leaves, some vegan sausage pieces, and a vegan fried egg. My wife ordered the Hummus and Cucumber meal ($12.50) which included 2 slices of multigrain toast with Lurpak butter, a good portion of fresh spinach leaves, some small bowls of hummus and smashed avocado, vegemite and strawberry jam condiments, and a separate bowl of hot rice served with peanuts, sultanas and spices. We also drank a Masala Chai ($3.50 each). We both really enjoyed our meals and drinks, especially the exotic flavours that brought back our good memories of India. We will return to try the lunch fare as well. A vegan meal here is highly recommended.
